Nano L composite waterproofing method

Method Principle

The polymer-modified cement manufacturing method & composite waterproofing method by means of polymer-modified cement
The NANO L composite waterproofing method utilizes the core type nano L waterproofing sheet on which the PVC nanosol, titanium, oxide nanosol, and silicon oxide nanosol. This nano L sheet is combined with polyethylene and then covered with nonwoven fabric. In addition to that, the NANO L SPRAY fluid applied waterproofing method is adopted. As a part of it adheres to the concrete base, no air pocket is formed after construction. Since the contraction/expansion rate is quite low, this composite waterproofing method involves no defect due to damage to the connecting sections.
Core Technology

Because of aluminum characteristics, the aluminum sheet layer combined with the NANO L composite sheet involves no thermal deformation, and the heat resistance effect is outstanding. Since there is no contraction/expansion due to heat, the stress on the waterproof layer joints and fractures on them are minimized.

Technical Constitution

  • Membrane waterproofing material

rapid hardening polyurea of flame-retardant performance

Construction with the NANO L SPRAY Membrane Waterproofing material

The durability and required properties are reinforced with the polyurea membrane finishing, and the rapid hardening accelerates the construction process between steps.

The outstanding flame-retardant performance minimizes toxic gas emissions in the event of a fire and prevent serious accidents.
  • Joint reinforcing

A joint structure with lap joints and mesh reinforcemen

Joint of a self-adhesive mesh structure
The base (aluminum layer) adheres to the base primer while the upper part (nonwoven fabric) is reinforced with the mesh adhesion method.
The lap joints and mesh reinforcements secure the safety of the waterproof layer.
  • Multiple waterproof layers

    4-step waterproof layer formation

Step 1: The technical combination of primer and saline components improves the base permeability

Step 2: The aluminum sheet layers with special additives

Step 3: The nonwoven fabric layer with polyethylene

Step 4: The NANO L SPRAY waterproof layer
  • Base surface treatment

The base surface treatment by means of the specially manufactured polymer-modified cement (separate construction)

Better adhesion and structural stability between the existing base surface and a new waterproof layer

    High efficiency and cost-saving effect

The high-intensity of the specially manufactured polymer-modified cement and excellent watertight performance stabilize the base effectively.
